GM NOS under-the-seat tissue dispenser.  Part # 981799.  It has an embossed GM logo on the top part of the front (see pic).  It is a tan plastic dispenser with the following dimensions:  7” x 5” x 1-11/16”, 3-1/4” vertical angled front.  Comes complete with tissues/box and installation instruction sheet.  In excellent condition.
