I recently aquired a large lot of GM NOS parts from a GM worker that used to work the assembly line. Some parts are in their original packages, and some loose. Rest assured that they are original NOS GM. What you see in the picture, is what you get. Here is a GM NOS petcock. Package is not included, as they were packaged in multiples. Perfect and correct in every way. The ears even face the correct way.Has the Weatherhead markings. Also has the coveted 94 marking on this one.Hard to see in the pictures. Royal College of Art's Class of 2013 launches real-time projects blog
Wed, 20 Mar 2013The Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design Class of 2013 has launched a new blog that will allow the public to follow their projects and studio work from ideas to exhibition for the first time in the course's 40-year history. The blog, which is updated daily, allows people to follow the process of the 18 MA students' final projects and college work in real-time and give them a ‘behind the scenes' look at their progress. RCA student Ewan Gallimore, speaking on behalf of the class, tells Car Design News, "So much of the work and process is unseen and by regularly updating this blog we give the chance for people to follow and interact with the run up to our show.

Fri, 19 Sep 2014German artist Felix Deimann explores abstract shapes in his latest animation, creating a work that's full of inspiring forms. While it’s common for car designers to talk up how dynamic their designs are, and how they've been inspired by anything from a swimming shark to a fighter jet, this work is far more authentic in its visualization of movement. His thesis takes its name from the Olympic motto 'Citius, Altius, Fortius,' which is Latin for Faster, Higher, Stronger.
Ford Mustang adds ‘Mayhem' to its option list
Mon, 09 May 2011The social networks have spoken: The Ford Mustang V6 Performance package will now be known as the Mayhem Mustang package. Ford put out a call to its 1.4 million Facebook fans with the question, “What should we call the Mustang V6 Performance package?” More than 3,000 submissions were made via Ford's Facebook page, and almost 6,700 users installed the “You Name It” app. The winning submission came from a fan in North Carolina, who won a three-year lease on the 2012 Ford Mustang V6.
