This auction is for one retractable GM midsize SUV Cargo Cover Shade Screen. This part extends across the rear portion of your SUV to secure valuable. This is a GM Genuine Part, not a cheap imitation. This part is 100% guaranteed GM factory authentic. This hard-to-find item is the color: "Very Dark Cashmere", (which is a very dark brownish-gray). This color is nearly impossible to find. It would go great with any tan or neutral-colored interior; it also looks good in a grey interior. This part retails for over $208, if you can even find it. $ave via eBay instead!

This cargo cover was removed from the vehicle ('08 Trailblazer) when purchased. The item has never been used, and has just sat in smoke/odor-free storage. I list this as "New (other)" condition. I would say "New" condition, but I put a little scratch on it, (about an 1" or so), when removing it out of storage, (see the last close-up pic).Other than that, this thing is perfect.

This cargo cover fits the following GM vehicles:

2002-2009 Chevrolet/Chevy Trailblazer  (*not the extended/third row seats model)

2002-2009 GMC Envoy  (*not the extended/third row seats model)

2002-2004 Oldsmobile/Olds Bravada

2004-2007 Buick Rainier

2005-2009 Saab 9-7X

If you have any questions about whether you think this part is compatible for your vehicle, please ask me first before bidding, or ask a GM parts specialist/dealer parts counter. Thank you.

Driver prefer atlas to sat-nav

Wed, 02 Jul 2014

SATELLITE NAVIGATION may have become an integral part of many drivers’ daily routine, three quarters of the UK’s motorists (76%) say they still prefer to use a road atlas to plan journeys. Drivers in a survey by the AA said they found an atlas more useful to give an overview of a journey. While satellite navigation systems are useful, a further 65% of drivers said they still use an atlas to check the sat-nav is selecting the best route.

Bertone B99 Jaguar NOT for Jaguar. Perhaps Lamborghini will be interested?

Mon, 07 Mar 2011

The Bertone B99 Jaguar Concept - not for us, say Jaguar We thought we were in a minority of one when we proclaimed the Bertone B99 – Bertone’s take on a new Small Jaguar – to be the wrong direction for Jaguar. We couldn’t conceive why a struggling Italian design firm like Bertone would take a punt on designing a new Jaguar, so we assumed that Jaguar must have quietly commissioned it. Otherwise Bertone would have to be a bit barking to try and usurp Jaguar’s design team; a design team with as sure a touch as any in the industry.
