I combine shipping when practical. If you purchase multiple books, and your location is within the US, your shipping cost will be calculated at the rate for the heaviest book plus .50 for each additional book - for example: You purchase 4 books, 2 with shipping costs of $3.99 and 2 with shipping costs of $2.99. I'll take one book at $3.99 and charge .50 for each additional book, making your total for this example $5.49 instead of $13.96 if charged separately. The i-MiEV will be one of the first battery cars on sale here, as opposed to the small-scale lease projects such as the Mini E, and will arrive around the same time as the Nissan Leaf EV. Help is at hand to trim that £39k on-the-road price tag.

Audi to buy Ducati 'next week' - Reuters

Audi looks set to complete its purchase of superbike maker Ducati as early as next week, according to Reuters. The news wire reports the deal could be finalised by 18 April 2012, the day before VW's annual shareholders meeting in Hamburg. Audi has been undertaking due diligence on the purchase of Ducati and the bean counters are reporting no obstacles to the deal. Why is Audi interested in buying Ducati?
