This unique ultralight craft can be constructed with tools you most likely already
have in your workshop or garage. This CD includes 71 separate color drawing files (in GIF file format) that are of exceptional size, resolution and clarity. Additionally, a set of all the drawings in CAD-file DXF file format along with a full set in DWF format are also on the CD. You will need a CAD file viewer utility to utilize these files, but these viewers are all over the internet for free downloading and free use (freeware).

These pages will print on standard size paper or all the way up to 42"-wide professional plotting size.
Just print them at the size most practical for your use.
With plans on CD you do not have to worry about tearing a page, or dirt (or a coffee ring!) obscuring that critical measurement! A page "goes missing" - just print another one! The filesets are in 'ZIP file' format to save space on the CD and you will need a ZIP file handler (such as WinZIP) to un-pack the ZIP archives. If you do not already have one of these, they are readily available on the internet for free downloading and free use (free-ware). Note - WinZIP is no longer free, so you might do well to find one of excellent freeware "work-alikes" that are available. NOTE: "GIF" files can be viewed or printed using any graphic file viewer, or even your favorite web browser. I very strongly recommend the latest version of IrfanView which is exceptionally good, free to download, and will not cost you any money to use! Mercedes-Benz axes Maybach
Fri, 25 Nov 2011High ranking Mercedes-Benz sources have confirmed to Autoweek that the underperforming Maybach brand will be officially killed off in 2013. The decision to disband Mercedes-Benz’s upper luxury marque comes after a decade of disappointing sales for the Maybach 57 and 62 and a recent decision from the German car maker’s chairman Dieter Zetsche not to push ahead with the development replacement models – the likes of which were tentatively due out in 2014 – owing to what one insider describes as a “positive move to focus greater attention on the Mercedes-Benz brand” . “We’ve come to the conclusion that it is better to cut our losses with Maybach than to continue into an uncertain future with a brand that has failed to live up to original sales expectations," the insider said.
GM throttles back on performance cars for 2010
Fri, 08 May 2009It should not be a surprise, as General Motors scrambles to cut costs and cars sit unsold on dealers' lots, that the automaker is cutting high-performance versions of several vehicles for the 2010 model year. According to information from online ordering guides made available to GM dealers, the 2009 model year is the last for the Chevrolet Impala SS, the Pontiac G6 GXP and the Cadillac STS-V. Also, the SS trim in the Chevy Cobalt lineup will be limited to the coupe body style.
