Item:    KI25LED-D    Kisan
Details:
This is a TailBlazer brake light flasher. This is made by Kisan and is designed to turn the OEM Honda spoiler light into a running light as well as flash the spoiler light when the brakes are applied. It is a dual function unit that powers the LED light-bar with low intensity as a running light and upon brake activation, it flashes the light-bar at full intensity. When you apply the brakes the brake light will modulate fast at first then slow down to a solid On over a four second period. This is a plug and play unit except for one wire that needs to be spliced into the bikes wiring harness for the running light power. The kit includes the clip to do that as well as complete instructions. This unit mounts in the trunk lid between the outer shell and the inner lid. This will fit all Goldwing GL1800's from 2001-2013. KI25LED-D

Nissan’s new lightweight philosophy revealed

Wed, 28 Oct 2009

The leaked official drawings of the new Nissan Micra might have revealed the conventional styling of the company’s new supermini, but they gave little clue to the dramatically lightweight new platform that underpins it. The new Micra will be significantly lighter and more fuel efficient than the outgoing car due to a ruthless pursuit of weight reduction on the new V-platform (V = versatile), which on average has slashed 50kg from the new car's weight, and up to 70kg on some models. Project leader Noritaka Tsuru described the new package as a 'breakthrough car' that required a complete 'change in mentality' in how Nissan makes cars.

BMW 2 Series Active Tourer gets (slightly inappropriate) M Sport Package

Fri, 28 Mar 2014

The BMW 2 Series active Tourer moves to the butch side with an M Sport Package Purists moan, but the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer MPV is a sensible move by BMW and aimed at BMW lovers who need a BMW equivalent to the Mercedes B Class; a premium family car for shifting kids and stuff around. Using the same platform as the all new MINI, the 2 Series Active Tourer is BMW’s first front wheel drive car, although a 225i Active Tourer will go on sale in November complete with BMW’s 4WD xDrive. But the 2 Series Active Tourer wouldn’t be a BMW offering unless it also came with the option of an M Sport Pack, which is exactly what will be on offer – however unsuited the Active Tourer may seem for such sporty embellishments – when the xDrive Active Tourer arrives in November (although the M Sport Pack will be offered across the whole Active Tourer range).

New car sales see record growth period

Fri, 06 Jun 2014

ANOTHER rise last month has taken UK car sales to their longest-ever period of growth. A total of 194,032 new cars were registered in May – a 7.7% rise on the May 2013 figure, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. The increase last month was the 27th consecutive monthly rise – beating the previous record of 26 months of growth between May 1987 and June 1989.
