This is a set of trunk lid rubber baby buggy bumpers. These are designed to mount to the body of the trunk to help prevent the lid from rubbing on the base and wearing the paint off. This kit comes with instructions, a hole location template and even an extra bumper. This requires drilling four holes in the base of the trunk. They are not seen when the lid is closed and these will work on all Goldwing 1800's from 2001-2013. NOTE : This may tried in other motorcycles as well to help eliminate rattles and squeaks.

Thanks from Ron

Wed, 26 Jan 2011

Toyota FT-86 II Tease Just last week we finally got the first concrete news on the Subaru half of the Toyobura project that seems to have been bouncing around forever. Well, certainly since Toyota first rolled out the Toyota FT-86 Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2009. Which made is believe that the whole Rear-Wheel Drive Sports Car Technology Concept designed to deliver an affordable, traditional-style rear-wheel drive sports car at a sensible price (when we first saw the Toyota FT-86 we were told around £17.5k ) was finally going to bear fruit.

Fuel magazine films Ford designer Craig Metros in his Melbourne workshop

Tue, 06 Sep 2011

Australian auto culture magazine, Fuel, has created this beautiful short film, Factory 6, featuring an interview with Melbourne-based, Detroit-raised Ford Chief Designer, Craig Metros. The film explores the shared Melbourne workshop space in which Metros and five other designers work on a number of automotive and art projects in their spare time. It offers a great insight into his inspirations, his feelings on making the jump from Detroit to Melbourne and how it feels to have fulfilled a childhood dream.
