                                  MY POLICY

Due to the many changes with Ebay it's now imperative to set expectations for the many complexities of an Ebay transaction. Some of the items I sell are obtained used, and in some instances, my personal stuff. I also consign items for others. If it is not in the picture it is not included unless otherwise noted. If you are not sure please ask. In some cases, defects can occasionally be overlooked, unknown, etc. Every effort will be made to correct any issues. I'm not here to rip you off, get one over on you, or defraud you! I solely perform all the photos, listings, shipping, and customer support. All effort is made to be responsive and efficient in all transactions.

A word about Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) and Feedback: The Detailed Seller Ratings are critical to ebay sellers. Please allow sellers to work out any issues before leaving negative feedback or low DSR'S. (actually, anything less than a "5" rating can be detrimental). Shipping time, for instance, can vary dramatically between shipping companies however, a low DSR rating for shipping time can greatly affect the fees and reviews sellers receive from ebay even though this aspect is obviously beyond the sellers control. If you feel the need to rate any service less than a 5 please give the sellers a chance to correct any issues! Thanks in advance!

Remember the Ford Mondeo Vignale concept from Frankfurt? It's basically a posh Mondeo, but Ford would like us to think it's a bit more than that. Vignale is Ford's attempt at going upmarket – taking on German premium brands with 'Vignale lounges' in special dealerships and specially trained 'relationship managers'.

Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 - now up for grabs in the UK We’re big fans of the Peugeot 3008, even if we’re not the biggest fans of hybrids. But, as hybrids go, the Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 does seem to offer the best of all worlds. Instead of being a hybrid car designed to polish the green halo of owners, the 3008 HYbrid is, first and foremost, perhaps the best of the mid-sized crossovers.

Hyundai & Kia to spend up to $395 million on lump sum fuel settlements

Hyundai & Kia to spend up to $395 on lump sum fuel settlements Back in 2012, Hyundai and Kia had to stand up and accept that they’d overstated the official economy of a number of their models and attempt to put things right. They did that by offering all buyers of affected cars a compensation plan which repaid owners for their losses over expectation, added 15 per cent for good measure and made that ongoing for the lifetime of the ownership. But this is the USA, so it wasn’t all as straightforward as that.
