Prior to your tire shipping out, it has gone through a vigorous quality inspection to make sure when you receive it, it is ready to go.  However, once in a while things may happen in shipping out of our control. What we check for

• Measure Tread Depth (In the event that the electronic tread depth measurement tool gives different readings in the inner and outer sections, we will use the average of them)
• Tire Inflation with Under Water Submersion
• Bead and Side Wall Integrity
• Dry Rot Detection
• Occasionally the tire maybe professionally patched, with nothing but the best state of the art patch materials and craftsmanship. If we do patch a tire, we check it again, to ensure the tire integrity is as promised.

What you see here is what you are getting here. Each auction has been matched with the actual photo of the tire you are going to receive. We do not use stock photos, or similar. So what you see in the pictures is exactly what you are going to get in the mail.

 

Shipping

All our tires are shipped Monday thru Friday. Depending on when the auction is won and paid for will determine when it gets shipped. We ship, normally within 24-48 hours; however, there are times when it can ship the same day, or a day later. We do our best to expedite each and every single tire. Please note we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, along with holidays, for obvious reasons we cannot ship these days.

 

 Payment

We accept Paypal as the best payment. We also allow for local pickups. Just please call us prior to coming to make sure we have pulled your auction and it is ready for your arrival. We know your time is valuable and want you in and out as fast as possible. 305.394.1030

 

Returns and Terms

Please call us and let us handle the issue IMMEDIATELY. However, please note if you do leave a negative feedback or open a case, it will make it a lot harder for us to assist you as opposed to just calling us and telling us what is wrong. 

We give all of our tires a 14 day return allowance. What this includes and is limited to is if you receive your tire and

• Are not happy with the tire you received
• Ordered the wrong size 

 If any of these things occurs you must FIRST contact us and get a Return Authorization. We will not receive any tires that we have not given a Return Authorization for. Customer is responsible for all shipping to and from our location. If it is determined that the tire is returned not because of our negligence you will be responsible for the shipping to and from.

  Exclusions: We will not be able to issue refunds for tires that are damaged due to improper tire fitting by a 3^rd  party or mishandling that renders tire unseal able. SHIPPING costs are not refundable.
