Set of FOUR vintage used F60-15 Goodyear Polyglas GT bias ply tires in very good condition, stored inside. These were just taken off a high dollar Barrett-Jackson muscle car, all held air fine. They appear to be the tires made in Argentina after the original run in the US and Canada ended. They look great installed, and I see no visible cracks in the tread or on any of the outer sidewalls. Great for car shows, or to add a couple thousand dollars to the value of your muscle car at auction week in Arizona in a few months. They present very well! I'd rate two of them as excellent, and one very good with great tread and lettering but some small cracks on the back sidewall only (shown, near the date stamp), and one as good with some tread wear as shown, and some light curb damage to the "F60-15" as shown. Wed, 13 Nov 2013New Ford KA Concept revealed The current Ford KA really hasn’t been an overwhelming success for Ford – unlike the original KA – and there was a point where Ford were considering scrapping the KA altogether. But common sense has prevailed in a car buying world that is seeing more and more downsizing, so Ford is planning a new KA – expected to arrive for the 2015 model year – but, unlike the current KA, it won’t be a shared venture with the Fiat 500. Instead, it seems Ford are planning on using the previous generation Fiesta platform to underpin the new KA and offer a proper Ford city car rather than a second-rate Fiat 500.

There have also been plenty of ‘Special Editions’ to keep the tills jingling, from the Dr Bez Special Aston Martin DBS UB to the V8 Vantage N420. Oh, and let’s not forget that one Limited Edition became a regular Aston Martin model – the Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
Karmann files for insolvency
Wed, 08 Apr 2009Karmann, the century-old German coachbuilder synonymous with cabrios and the famous 1950s Karmann Ghia, has filed for insolvency. The company made the move Wednesday in Germany in response to a dramatic decline in revenue, an inability to pay for its massive layoff plan and the worldwide economic crisis. The North American operations, which make convertible tops for Detroit car companies and Volkswagen, are not affected, a spokesman said.
