| All returns must be reviewed by us and issued with a RMA number before you ship. Never send a return without consulting us as the returned address is different from the source address. To return an item to us, please contact us first in order to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you are issued an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately. Returned items without proper RMA numbers will be discarded. Orders will be refunded directly through PayPal. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which we may choose to waive at any time. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. In cases of items that include free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our cost of shipping from the refund total. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from delivery date in the original packaging. Buyer must submit a return request within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Damaged or Missing Parts
If your package should arrive damaged or containing missing parts, please notify us immediately. There is no return shipping charge should the item arrive damaged. At such time a replacement will be shipped out or a refund will be granted, it will be up to the buyer. Damaged shipments must be reported within seven (7) business days from the delivery date. We cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. Buyer must carefully pack defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. Failure in doing so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to manufacturer, unless the unit was "Dead on Arrival" within fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date. Refusal of Shipment or Insufficient Address
All sales are final. Open items cannot be returned unless defective. Returns of products, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed 14 days after receipt of item(s). Please allow approx. two (2) weeks for issued refunds to appear. If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded in full less the shipping expense. We cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend buyers to evaluate a sample unit to determine whether the product will meet their configuration or expectations prior to purchasing. During the refund you may also have to agree with eBay's request for a mutual cancellation of the transaction to avoid an unpaid strike due to the refund. - Any factory sealed item that has been opened.

- Any oversized or overweight item is not eligible for returns.
