GPR Dirt V4 This design is the evolution of the GPRV3 without the remote adjustment and hoses. Racers wanted that slim under-bar mount, but did not need to have the remote adjustment, or hoses. GPR moved the adjustment dial to the left side of the damper and created a dial that was easy to use but as small as possible. The 'Dirt V4' is the result. All machined from billet stock, anodized and laser engraved. An instant hit with the pro off-road racers. Smaller, lighter, faster. This design has caught the attention of Motocross / Supercross and Supermoto teams for its ability to be mounted below the bars and make virtually no change to the riders position. Easy to adjust but also tucked out of the way. Offering an under-bar mount systems by our competitors "standard" steering damper has the problem of raising your bar height as much as 2+ inches. This dirtbike steering damper is made for mounting under the bars. This was achieved by keeping the damper as slim as possible and the creation of a "hollow" vane. The hollow vane allows for the damper to be mounted almost flush to the top clamp. You'll find this design on the Motocross / Supercross team of Star Yamaha, Broc Tickle, Factory Kawasakis Off-Road team, Destry Abbott, Ricky Dietrich, The Yamaha's of Russ Pearson. Study: Distracted driving deemed socially unacceptable among young drivers
Wed, 17 Apr 2013A new survey shows that young drivers think it’s socially unacceptable to drive distracted. This data is among the results of tiremaker Bridgestone Americas Inc.'s annual survey that polls more than 2,065 drivers aged 16 to 21 nationwide. Of those drivers, 80 percent said sending texts and emails is "unacceptable." But our distracted-driving epidemic isn't solved yet; 37 percent admit to still doing it.

Sun, 27 Oct 2013Jaguar E-Type chassis 860040 (pictured) sells for £88k Barn find cars are becoming rarer as the world’s classic car collectors have spent years scouring every nook and cranny for a hidden classic car. But they still turn up from time to time, and this E-Type Jaguar was discovered just last month by a Coys specialist in a barn in France, virtually untouched since 1974. One of the first right hand drive coupes to roll of Jaguar’s production line in 1961 – it was actually the 40th RHD E-Type – it was bought by the current seller’s estate in 1969, got a new coat of paint – a change from Grey to the current Aubergine – and driven to the family home in France in 1974, since when it’s sat under a dust sheet in a dry barn.
