Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition UPDATED
Thu, 18 Oct 2012Ahead of a Panamera facelift next year, Porsche are aiming to keep sales bubbling along with a limited edition Panamera – the Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition. And with that facelift for the Panamera likely to arrive in 2013, Porsche are aiming to keep up interest in the now three year old Panamera with a new limited edition Panamera – the Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition. The Platinum Edition Panamera comes with a platinum silver metallic finish on the air intake grills, bottom of the door mirrors, boot trim and rear diffuser and on the side vents on the front wing – just like the Panamera Turbo – which have been added to the Platinum Edition.
Alfa Romeo 8C GTA & Alfa MiTo GTA Spied
Sun, 16 May 2010The Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA & Alfa Romeo 8C GTA Spied Through the early part of last year we were convinced Alfa Romeo were going to launch a halo version of that cracking little car the MiTo, and bring the GTA badge out of the history box at the same time to create the Alfa MiTo GTA. Blimey, we not only managed to report details of the MiTo GTA but even had a video from Alfa of the MiTo GTA concept running around. But that all seemed to go out of the window when reports started flying round the car world last July that the Alfa MiTo GTA was dead and the hottest we’d get was the Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio, although on both occasions we expressed the belief – probably more in hope than expectation – that Alfa would give us the MiTo GTA.
Kia Carens
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Kia's total range overhaul is now complete as the new Carens C-segment MPV joins the Korean manufacturer's brochures at the Paris motor show. Based on an all-new platform, the Carens offers the choice of five or seven seats, covering off other manufacturers' 'normal' and 'grand' models with one bodystyle. Design-wise it's most closely aligned to the latest C'eed, with similar, pulled-back lamp graphics and pouting grille.
