We review Peugeot's take on the Mitusbishi Outlander - the Peugeot 4007 The phone rang quite early this morning “Sorry, Vince, but I need you to do a review on a car – starting this morning. We’re pushed out and Claire’s taking it for the weekend, so it has to be at least today and tomorrow – and probably Monday as well”. To be honest I didn’t mind.

This is the new Cadillac CTS Coupe, a sleek two-door Caddy that will join the CTS line-up alongside the saloon and Sport Wagon estate when US sales start in spring 2010, and take on BMW's 3-series, Audi's A5 and Infiniti's G37 Coupe. It does indeed look like the concept, right down to the twin central exhausts and hidden touch-pad door handles. Yes, there have been some minor tweaks to the front and rear lights and bumpers since we saw the show car at Detroit in 2008, but the overall appearance is pretty similar.

Vauxhall Insignia VXR - now good for 170mph We like the Vauxhall Insignia; it’s a very good car. We like it even more in better-than-warm Vauxhall Insignia VRX guise, where this warmed-over rep-mobile manages to pick up its skirts and scoot to 60mph in 5.6 seconds. Which is all rather appealing.
