Carbon-Kevlar Sprung Clutch Disc
Our Carbon-Kevlar sprung disc offers a really great engagement when using a HD clutch cover combined. Our Carbon-Kevlar spring-centered race disc features a spring-center construction to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACP spring retainers utilize wrap around spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. With the Carbon-Kevlar, spring-centered race disc engagement is real smooth BUT has a finer engagement than OEM disc, and the shifting is fast. The Carbon-Kevlar, spring-centered disc is recommended for any car application. The disc can absorb two times more amount of heat then a regular OEM disc. Also, proven to last twice as long as an OEM disc due to the great amount of heat it can absorb. Extended longevity due to the Carbon-Kelvar materials mixed with some copper content. 200 mile break-in is mandatory to receive the best results.

Proof of purchase is mandatory in order to receive warranted replacement. Clutch Break-in Period All PUCK CLUTCH DISC(S) need at least 500 miles for break-in. All KEVLAR DISC(S) need at least 1000 miles for break-in. All FULL FACE ORGANIC DISC(S) need at least 200 miles for break-in. If failed to do break in period we will not offer warranty.
