Sports fans vote Indy 500 the top 'bucket list' event
Thu, 22 May 2014Just days away from the 98th running of the Indianapolis 500, the so-called "Greatest Spectacle in Racing" has been selected as the "Best Bucket List Sports Event" by sports fans. Or at least those sports fans polled by USA Today. In case you're unfamiliar with the concept of a bucket list, it's a compilation of cool stuff you've gotta do before you shuffle off this mortal coil.

Sat, 16 Mar 2013We have video of the new McLaren P1 taking on the Top Gear track at Dunsfold in the hands of McLaren’s F1 driver Sergio Perez. We reported from Geneva that Ron Dennis has declared he put the new McLaren P1 round Top Gear’s Dunsfold track a full 10 seconds quicker than the contentious Top Gear lap time set by the Pagani Huayra. So when McLaren sent us a video that declared their new F1 driver, Sergio Perez, had taken the P1 round Dunsfold – and here is the video – we though we might get a proper insight in to just how quick the P1 is.

The Aston Martin One-77 is going to be previewed later today at the Motor Show in Geneva. It features a highly tuned (by Cosworth) version of Aston Martin’s Ford derived 6,0 litre V12, which has been enlarged to 7.3 litres.
