I MADE THESE PLATES OUT OF 4130 CHROME MOLY THEN HAD THEM HEAT TREATED TO THE SAME HARDNESS AS LOCK UP BUTTONS. HELD IN WITH 10-32 BUTTON HEADS WITH RED LOCTITE. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BIKES FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITHOUT A FALIURE. MY OLD 90 GSXR1100 70" STREET TIRE BIKE WENT 1.28 60 FT. WITH ONE OF THESE. Conti, who joins from Northumbria University, will take up his position on 1 May and be program manager for the first year course and be responsible for curriculum development and coordinating external projects. He will also contribute to the second year teaching and research activities.
