  •      1 Ground Wire
  •      2 Ecu Pins

This Non-Vtec to Vtec wireharness extension allows you to still use your non-vtec wire harness.  If you are swapping motors from a Non vtec engine to a vtec engine you are going to need this.

This Vtec wire harness kit is designed for easy plug and play.  Each Honda or Acura OBD1 Vtec engine requires additional wiring when swapping.  All the Pins are the same.  Included are the Vtec solenoid wires, and oil pressure wires.

All wires have solder connections, no cheap butt connectors that rot out over time.  All harnesses are made from Honda OEM wiring.  No cheap wires, that rot out over time, or break when they are bent.

Note: Due to Availability of sensor plugs, the Vtec Solenoid Plug May be Supplemented for a simple push in plug instead, fully functional, just not OEM standard.

Jaguar XF gets a few tweaks for 2014 MY

Tue, 11 Jun 2013

The Jaguar XF gets a new engine and tweaks for 2014 In many ways the Jaguar XF is Jaguar’s most complete car, and significant updates since it launched in 2008 have kept it fresh and appealing. But the tweaks Jaguar has wrought for 2014 are relatively minor as the XF gets towards the end of its current cycle, the most significant of which is an upgrade to the 2.2 litre diesel engine. The 2.2 litre ECO2 engine is a replacement for the 161bhp entry-level diesel in the 2013 XF and gets revised cooling and bigger EGR valves which have conspired to improve official economy, and therefore reduce emissions (to 128g/km) handily putting the 2.2 XF in to a lower BIK band (down from 21 to 19 per cent).

Button wins for Brawn GP in Malaysia

Sun, 05 Apr 2009

Jenson Button triumphs for Brawn GP in Malaysia in the pouring rain. [ad#ad-1] After last weeks fairy-tale start to racing for Brawn GP at Melbourne, it was hard to believe that, despite seemingly being the best car on the grid,  Jenson Button could repeat his performance in Malaysia. But he has, and Brawn become the first team to get two wins on the trot in their first season since Alfa Romeo in 1950.

Is Stirling Moss a misogynist & homophobe? No, just a man from a bygone age.

Tue, 16 Apr 2013

Sir Stirling Moss is a remarkable character; a proper ‘Boys Own’ hero from a bygone age where men where men and women cooked and cleaned and did as they were told (well, in public, at least). Now 83 years old, Stirling Moss is still a force to be reckoned with, still making public appearances, still driving and still opinionated. But his opinions are a bit out of kilter with modern sensibilities.
