It can handle maximum surge power up to 5.5KW.

Special Note: A
higher output AVR definitely works perfect on a generator of low power
output while on the contrary, a low power output AVR CAN NOT be used for
a generator of higher power output. AVR-3045R & AVR-3045S have the same mounting size. You will be shipped a rectangle AVR-3045R unless you advise us on a half-moon/sector AVR-3045 you need.
