I will ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. I ship as quickly as possible. I ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do not ship Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. I combine shipping when practical. If you purchase multiple books, and your location is within the US, your shipping cost will be calculated at the rate for the heaviest book plus .50 for each additional book - for example: You purchase 4 books, 2 with shipping costs of $3.99 and 2 with shipping costs of $2.99. I'll take one book at $3.99 and charge .50 for each additional book, making your total for this example $5.49 instead of $13.96 if charged separately. Since I am not smart enough to figure out how to program all this within the confines of eBay, just let me know that you need combined shipping and I will follow this rule when I send your invoice. One in five suffers 'car envy'

DRIVERS in the UK are more likely to give way to classic or unusual cars such as a Citroen 2CV or Volkswagen Beetle, but one in five also admits they are less likely to be courteous to large 4x4s due to car envy, according to a survey. Nearly a half (47%) of UK motorists say they leave more space between their car and the one in front if the car ahead is driven by an elderly driver. Others (5%) admit to trying to slow down boy racers if they see the driver is wearing a baseball cap and is a young male.

To celebrate the 50th birthday of Sant'Agata's most famous export, Volkswagen Group Design Director Walter de Silva led a team in the creation of the wild Lamborghini Egoista concept. "I am very attached to this Italian brand, being an Italian myself," said de Silva at its unveiling. "I wanted to pay homage to and think up a vehicle to underline the fact that Lamborghinis have always been made with passion, and with the heart more than the head." This single-seat, V10-powered sportscar – with Alessandro Dambrisio responsible for its exterior design and Stefan Sielaff its interior – is an extreme interpretation of the faceted aesthetic introduced by the 2007 Reventón and last seen on the Veneno shown earlier this year at the Geneva motor show.
