This Horseshoe life ring is made of heavy gauge durable stainless steel and mounts firm on 1" OD rails (on 7/8" OD rail crimped down). 1 clamp is needed to mount which is not included. The overall measurements are roughly 14" x 14" x 7" at longest points. It is new and comes as shown with only parts shown. Mon, 07 May 2012The 2013 Cadillac ATS, which we first saw at the Detroit auto show, will start at $33,990 when it goes on sale this summer, General Motors said on Monday. The range-topping version will carry a price of $42,090. Power for the base model will come from a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that returns 30 mpg on the highway.
