The clamp end is designed to fit 1 1/4 Engine guards. Kit sells new for $139.99 They are in used condition but very good shape. As for wear there is a small amount of chrome pitting on the inner right angle (not seen in most configurations) and some very slight surface scratches close to the peg mount from where your shoe might lay. They include all parts as seen. If your not sure if these will work with your ride, I suggest checking on the Harley website (or the Dealer) for fitment on YOUR ride.
