Domestic Shipments(within the continental US) are made by USPS to the lower 48 states

International Shipments are shipped USPS and all Customs, Duty, VAT or Brokerage Fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are Not Included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when the item is picked up. Conventionally engined superminis dominate the top ranks. The scientists gave half their score based on each cars' emissions of CO2, NOx and other pollutants; the other half of the score was calculated from vehicles' construction, energy costs, recyclability and size.
