Subaru FT-86 – Turbo and 4WD

Wed, 28 Oct 2009

Rendered speculation on the Subaru FT-86 Toyota brought the FT-86 – a 2 door coupe concept that may well see the return of the Celica name – to the Tokyo Motor Show this month. Designed to be an affordable coupe – and designed in collaboration with Subaru – it looks a promising new car. But we’ve seen no real detail on the other part of the equation – the Subaru FT-86 (know internally as the 216A).

Skoda Fabia (2015): first sketch and details

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

By James Clark First Official Pictures 17 July 2014 13:46 Skoda has fired the starting pistol on its new Fabia supermini’s launch, and the big news is that this car will blood the platform for the next-generation VW Polo, Audi A1 and Seat Ibiza. The Fabia will also use the latest group three- and four-cylinder engines and boast an all-new interior, which is ripe for personalisation, Mini-style. Nope: the sketch shows Skoda won’t be taking any chances with its new Fabia.

Ford adds new Fiesta Style; drops Fiesta Studio price

Thu, 07 Jul 2011

Ford Fiesta - seeking buyers further down the range Yesterday we got a new Fiesta limited edition in the Sport Special Edition and today we see Ford tweaking the bottom end of the Fiesta range to get more footfall in its showrooms. In comes the new Fiesta Style, from £9,995, which gets most of the cheap-looking bits on the body painted instead of being just plastic, and a few appealing toys like one-shot electric windows, driver’s seat height adjustment, remote locking and CD with aux in the standard kit list. Oh, and 15″ wheels with covers (perhaps that’s not such a big selling point).
