Mercedes SLK (2012) Undisguised
Wed, 01 Sep 2010The Mercedes SLK 2011/2012 - almost undisguised Considering we’re not actually expecting the next generation Mercedes SLK to hit the roads until 2012 – although it will surface in 2011 – we’ve been picking up spy shots of the latest SLK for quite some time. Tesla Model S UK Prices – starts at £54,900
Tue, 12 Nov 2013Tesla Model S UK Prices – starts at £54,900 We’d always expected the appealing Tesla Model S EV to cost at least £60k for the entry-level model, so it’s a pleasant surprise that you’ll be able to grab the 60kWh model with its (up to) 240 mile range for £49,900 after the UK taxpayer has chipped in a £5,000 bribe to get you to drive an EV. Even the range-topping Model S Performance with its 310 mile range, 416bhp and a very rapid 0-62mph of 4.2 seconds will only cost £68,700 (after £5k rebate). That’s almost a bargain, especially if you get your model S courtesy of your business.
Kia Pop concept (w/ Gallery)
Wed, 18 Aug 2010The Kia Pop will make its world debut at the Paris motor show, but the Korean manufacturer has released these digital renders of the electric city car concept in advance. At three meters long, the Pop is similar in length to the Toyota iQ. It features a wave-like front bench seat making room for a single rear occupant behind the front passenger. Designed by a team headed by Gregory Guillaume at Kia's European design center in Frankfurt under Peter Schreyer, the Pop mixes the Sportage's strong surfacing with a playful lozenge-shaped DLO.
