CNC machined mounting flange for the 40MM CV Keihin carb. Will fit all Harley models (including Shovelhead / Ironhead) with 2-3/4" bolt spacing intake manifold.

Beware of cheap copies - this flange comes with sealing o-ring / groove and 5/16-18 UNC stainless steel helicoils. Nobody makes them like this.

Made in Canada.

NOTES: this flange needs to be pressed onto carb's spigot. JB Weld (or similar) must be used prior to assembly as sealant.
Carb/air cleaner assembly must be braced in addition to this mount in order to provide extra support and prevent malfunction / damage.
Depending on your engine / gas tank configuration, an additional spacer (between the intake manifold  and flange) may be needed to provide clearance for throttle cables, etc.
