Audi RS6 claims ice record over Bentley

Four rings apparently conquers a Continental. A company called Nokian Tyres claimed a new world record of speed on ice when an Audi RS6 ran to 206.05 mph on March 6 in Finland. That betters Bentley's recent record of 205.48 mph just set in February by four-time World Rally champion Juha Kankkunen in a Supersports convertible.

VW announces seven-passenger CUV at Detroit auto show

Last year at the Detroit Auto Show, VW showed the CrossBlue concept. Built on VW's new MQB modular architecture, the CrossBlue was designed to both showcase the versatility of MQB (it also underpins the upcoming Golf, the new Audi A3, as well as SEAT and Skoda models) and illustrate that VW was serious about the seven-passenger market in the United States. 918 Alert! Porsche's stinging spyder grows closer to becoming reality

The first fully road-going prototype of Porsche's upcoming 202-mph hybrid-powered 918 Spyder has been seen during shakedown runs at the company's R&D center in Germany. Porsche released its own lightly disguised photographs of the cars being tested. The mules are “camouflaged” in livery meant to summon the famous 917 racer.
