Russo and Steele sues tent company over auction damage
Fri, 30 Apr 2010Four months after its Scottsdale, Ariz., auction was disrupted by severe weather, Russo and Steele is suing tent company Tri-Rentals for damage caused when a tent collapsed on several hundred collector cars. In a statement released on Thursday, Russo and Steele said that it was forced to file suit against the rental company to protect its reputation. The auction firm says its lawsuit cites negligence, gross negligence, breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.
Surtees To Be Celebrated At Autosport International Show

Marking the start of 50th anniversary celebrations of the British legend’s 1964 Formula One World Championship win, his title-winning Ferrari 158 leads a special display at the show, which runs from 9th to 12th of January at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. After taking seven motorcycle Road Racing World Championships, Surtees became the first man to win world championships on both two and four wheels when he secured the 1964 title with Ferrari.
