Listed for sale is a Harley Davidson Heritage Springer seat with adjustable driver's backrest. This seat with the BLUE trim was only offered in 2000. The HD p/n was 51140-98. List 13 years ago was $ 630.00 from Harley. They offered this same seat other years -but not in the blue trim. It will fit 1997-1999 FLSTS models. It will work with HD side plates & sissy bar upright.
It has: Heritage Springer Styling-----embroidered Logo----- Conchos-----basket-weave trim-----leather fringe-----BLUE color matched trim. They added 2" more filler to this seat . It is 15" wide. It also has a rider's adjustable backrest-which all the parts are there & they all work. The cable box is quite fragile-it is very easy to pull & release the cable button to adjust the seat-I think too many big strong guys pull on it like it's a rope & it snaps!! (That's my female opinion anyway!) IT IS A SMALL CABLE IN A LITTLE PLASTIC BOX-EASY DOES IT WITH THIS THING!! I have purchased 2 that were broken when I received them & had to buy parts to fix them.

Nissan LEAF: Fleet sales double
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Nissan has revealed that fleet sales of its electric LEAF have doubled in the UK, with overall Nissan fleet sales up 9 per cent. Sales of electric cars are not exactly stellar, but there is a light at the end of a very long tunnel shining dimly on UK EV sales – the fleet sector. Nissan has reported that its fleet sales in the UK – with 89 per cent of all fleets sales of cars actually built in the UK – has risen by 9 per cent so far in 2012, but the Nissan LEAF EV has seen its fleets sales more than double.
