These HARLEY DAVIDSON chaps are like new in soft supple mid weight leather. Heavy duty leg zippers. Inseam measures 33 inches and from the top of the buckle to bottom of the cuff is 42 inches. They can be trimmed at the cuff to shorten. Size small with an adjustable leather cross lace at the waist which will adjust from 28-35 inches. The measurement at the thigh is 23 inches.
