Very small rust spots - hard to notice - may polish out.  I don't see any dents or road rash.  See pictures to judge condition for yourself.  Only have one - not a set. 

Research the part number for correct fitment (original equipment for FXD 1340/1450 - I think 1994-2005 but check on that for yourself) or it doesn't matter if placed on a build or cafe' racer.

Honda recalls sedans for power-steering issue

Honda has expanded a recall of the Honda Accord and Acura TL sedans that now affects more than a half-million vehicles for a problem with hoses that connect the power steering. Honda says that prolonged exposure to high temperatures could cause the power-steering hoses to crack. The fluid could leak onto a hot catalytic converter, leading to a fire.
