This is a 7" rear fender extension. This fender extension will fit all H-D touring models 2009-2013. This part comes with no custom cuts leaving you the option to shape the Bottom any length and design.
You will need to sand, prep, primer & paint before installing. All items pictured are included in this listing. These do not include hardware.
