Up for sale is a very nice gas tank from a Harley-Davidson Sportster.  This came from a 1992 XL1200 but was probably original to around a 2000 model. Please confirm with your service technician for proper fit and function. Aprox 3.3 gallons.  Petcock will be on the left side. Includes gas cap. Clean inside. Good used condition. No dings, dents, or scratches. Beautiful blue paint looked OEM until I found a few small runs along the bottom (see photos).   International shipping available but does not include any import customs duty fees or taxes your country may charge. Check out my other ads for more Sportster parts.

Peugeot 308 CC (2008): first photos

Fri, 11 Jul 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 11 July 2008 09:26 Peugeot – the pioneer of folding hard tops – today unveils the new 308 CC. It's not a radical coupe cabriolet, but it's a gentle evolution of the 307 CC blueprint: a four-seater family hatch turned convertible. The French company invented the first production opening metal roof back in the 1930s, after a few coachbuilders toyed with low-volume concepts, and then brought them to the mainstream with the 206 CC in 2001. The new 308 CC follows the same formula with a metal roof that somersaults into its loadbed in 20 seconds to leave a completely flat (if long) rear deck.Gobbling boot space as it goes?Naturally, the  boot shrinks when the roof is lowered, dipping from 465 litres to 266 when it's stowed.

Audi shows S3 Sportback (2013) – but is a used S3 a better buy?

Wed, 13 Feb 2013

Here’s Audi’s S3 Sportback, the five-door version of the 296bhp Quattro hot hatch unveiled last year. The S3 Sportback takes 5sec flat to accelerate from 0 to 62mph, that’s one-tenth of a second quicker than Audi’s official figure for its three-door stablemate. That’s because the initial 5.1sec S3 time was only an estimate, and Audi’s subsequent tests have shown the three-door S3 actually dipping below five seconds in the 0-62mph sprint.
