FOR AUCTION: FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS AND MASTER CYLINDER WITH BRAKE HANDLE REMOVED FROM A 1982 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER. CRANK WENT OUT AND I DECIDED TO PART THE WHOLE THING. PLEASE NOTE PICTURES: WELL-USED. THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS AND MASTER CYLINDER WORKED JUST FINE WHEN I BROKE DOWN. PAINT IS CHIPPED OFF IN PLACES AS WELL AS SOME RUST ON BRAKE LINES AND FITTINGS. BRAKE HANDLE FINISH HAS SOME CHIPS WITH CORROSION IN THOSE PLACES. I WILL DRAIN THIS UNIT AND PUSH BACK PISTON(S) TO DRAIN FLUID, SINCE I CANNOT SHIP WITH FLUID, SO IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO FILL AND BLEED THIS UNIT PROPERLY. Thu, 18 Feb 2010This is the Opel Flextreme GT/E, a new concept that Vauxhall’s sister brand will unveil at the 2010 Geneva motor show next month. It’s Vauxhall/Opel’s second Flextreme show car – the original was revealed at the 2007 Frankfurt show – and previews how GM’s extended-range electric vehicle technology can be utilised in large cars – the GT/E uses the same electrified powertrain that is found in the more compact Ampera. The GT/E has uses the same E-REV (extended-range electric vehicle) technology that’s been developed for the Ampera.
