FOR AUCTION: REAR AXLE REMOVED FROM A 1982 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER. CRANK WENT OUT AND I DECIDED TO PART THE WHOLE THING. PLEASE NOTE PICTURE: WELL-USED. AXLE, ONE SPACER, FLAT WASHER, LOC WASHER, AND REGULAR NUT. THIS AXLE DOES NOT HAVE A CASTLE NUT, HOLE IN END OF AXLE, WITH COTTER PIN, LIKE ONE WOULD THINK. THIS AXLE WAS IN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. IT NEVER LOOSENED FOR THE TIME I HAD IT. DIRTY AND GREASY. WILL NEED A GOOD CLEANING IF DESIRED. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING / BUYING. The Italian supercar company has long promised that all its cars will resolutely remain four-wheel drive, but it’s building the two-wheel drive LP550-2 (hence the name) to celebrate its legendary test driver Valentino Balboni. Just 250 will be built.
