FOR AUCTION: REAR TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVED FROM A 1982 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER. CRANK WENT OUT AND I DECIDED TO PART THE WHOLE THING. PLEASE NOTE PICTURES: THE BULB SOCKET HAS BEEN REPLACED (RIVITED IN) AND PROBABLY HAS DIFFERENT ELECTRICAL ENDS ON THE TWO BLACK WIRES (NORMALLY RED AND GREEN), SO SOME MINOR WIRING WORK WILL BE NECESSARY (CHANGING ENDS). BOTTOM MOUNTING GASKET IS BROKE IN HALF. UNIT IS DIRTY AND WILL NEED CLEANED. OTHER THAN THOSE THINGS, UNIT WORKED JUST FINE. CHROME IS IN GOOD, BUT DIRTY SHAPE ALONG WITH THE LENS. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING / BUYING. Tue, 19 Aug 2014The new Skoda Fabia (pictured) has been revealed The new Skoda Fabia tease started in July and now, ahead of a reveal at the Paris Motor Show in October, Skoda has taken the wraps off the new Fabia. The new Fabia is based on the new VW Polo and grows by a substantial 90mm in width – with all the additional interior elbow room that offers – and drops by 30mm in height, both of which conspire to make the new Fabia look wider, lower and more purposeful. With influences from the Vision C Concept, the new Fabia gets a contoured bonnet and a grill edged in chrome, wide-set fogs, a heightened waistline for added length and a set of angular headlights.

Tue, 05 Jan 2010Vauxhall/Opel have revealed the 2010 Meriva Back at the end of September we reported on the 2010 Vauxhall Meriva after our photographers had spied the new Vauxhall tramping round the Nurburgring. As we said, not exactly where you’d expect to find the mini-MPV, but good to see it being properly shaken down. We reckoned on a launch at Geneva before the 2010 Meriva goes on sale in the Summer, and the reveal by Vauxhall/Opel today confirms all that.
