Windshied fits in 1998 and newer Harley Davidson fairings. I used it on my 2009 Ultra. No chips, no cracks, not scratched up and is clear, not distorted or yellowed. This is a high quality Harley Davidson Lexan wind shield. It has some normal very small marks on it just from riding and washing it, nothing weird, in eyesight or noticible. I am being picky because it is not brand new. I believe this shield is 2 inches taller than stock. I am tall, and this made wearing a half helmet much nicer because it reduced the winds noise, Makes a big difference if it rains. Will be shipped in original box.

Thanks

Toyota sets Nurburgring record... for fuel economy

Wed, 16 Jul 2014

WHATEVER else you might say about Toyota, it seems the brand has a sense of humour. Driving enthusiasts will hand their (petrol)heads in shame after Toyota completed the 12.9-mile German track at an average of 698mpg. The embarrassingly pedestrian time of 20 minutes and 59 seconds was set by motor journalist and Japanese car expert Joe Clifford, and since Toyota is the first to shame itself with a fuel economy run at the heart of performance car testing, it automatically sets a new efficiency record.

First BMW i8 Hybrids delivered to customers – complete with Laser Lights

Fri, 06 Jun 2014

The first BMW i8s delivered in Germany The new BMW i8 hybrid supercar was finally revealed in production guise at last year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, and by the time it went in to production the whole of the 2014 run of i8s was sold out. Apart from its innovative plug-in hybrid powertrain, the i8 offers many new technologies, one of which is a set of laser lights which deliver a much brighter main beam than LED and looked set to be the first time such lights have appeared on a production car. But Audi tried to upset BMW’s applecart by revealing the R8 LMX last month, which also came with laser lights, and looked set to arrive with customers before the i8.

Ford B-Max to get 1.0 litre 3-cylinder EcoBoost

Mon, 06 Jun 2011

2012 Ford B-Max - will get new 3-pot EcoBoost Reports of the imminent demise of the internal combustion engine have been greatly exaggerated. There’s plenty of life left in old technology yet, certainly enough to throw a spanner in to the benefits of hybrids and BEVs. And if an illustration of how the ICE is developing to cope with the needs of economy and emissions in this frugality motivated motoring landscape we now found ourselves inhabiting, we need look no further than the 1.0 litre, 3-pot EcoBoost engine Ford has developed.
