The FLH wheels are stripped to bare metal (cast aluminum)
Then they go through the machining process which removes the little nubs that you see. We came up with this idea when the wheels first came out in the 1999. It gives the wheel a smoother look and makes the wheels very easy to clean and maintain.
The wheels are then polished to a "high lustre".
The wheels are now ready for the Chrome Plating Process. We mask the treaded holes and the bearing surface. Then we apply a good heavy coat of MacDermid sulfate pure nickel over the whole wheel,
Then we apply a 2 hour coat of MacDermid bright acid copper.
Then the wheels are polished to a "high lustre".
Again we apply MacDermid sulfate nickel which is followed by a 1 hour of MacDermid bright nickel which gives the wheels that "High Lustre" that you are looking for.
Over that we apply MacDermid Hex Chrome. Now the wheels are ready for the Q C.
Seeing is believing… We feel that we have the best looking FLH wheels on the market.

Spyker is readying a new endurance racer, the C8 Aileron GT. and it's unveiled the car on the eve of the 2011 Geneva motor show. It's more good news for the fans of the obscure Dutch brand: last week the company that builds the cars in the UK bought the brand from holding company Spyker Cars N.V, there's a waiting list that stretches into early 2012, and now Spyker is committing to endurance racing for the next few years. Based on Spyker’s new flagship C8 Aileron, the new GT racer is being designed and developed to meet the GTE regulations set by the ACO, the governing body of the Le Mans 24hrs.
