Kia will launch the next derivative of the Ceed at the Paris motor show: the Proceed three-door model. It follows the Sportswagon estate and regular hatch, and will likely keep the same range of four-cylinder engines and six-speed gearboxes. The 2012 Kia Proceed three-door Like the last Proceed, the new car gets an unfortunately silly name, which we won't dignify with its shameful grammar here.

Fiat Strada

The forth-generation Fiat Strada pickup is a product of company's booming Brazilian operations and is set to go on sale in Europe this month for the first time. It follows on from the Ford EcoSport, another South American product heading to the global market. The Strada is offered with three body styles: a standard two-seat cab configuration; a long cab with stowage behind the seats; and a full four-seat crew cab variant.

BMW Zagato Roadster

BMW and Zagato turned heads at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance with its latest collaboration: The BMW Zagato roadster, just months after the unveil of the unveil of their coupé at Villa d'Este. The car, developed in just six months, features a low-set kidney grille – complete with tiny matt-sheen Zagato 'Z' letters – and circular headlamps on a sharply lined contoured hood, while Zagato's signature double-bubble design is seen again on the car and serves to extend the lines of the hood to the rear. Like the coupé version it is again the work of Norihiko Harada, Zagato's Chief Designer.
