For domestic purchases: All domestic continental United States purchased items will be shipped as parcels with tracking. I do not charge handling fees on domestic United States purchases.

The handling charge for international purchased items covers all the paperwork involved with international shipping such as customs forms etc...Buyer pays the registered mail or proof of mailing fee.
