The instructions say this kit fits "1988 and later FLT, FLTC, FLTC-U, FLHT, FLHTC, FLHTC-U, FLTR, FLTRI, FLHS, and FLHX models vehicles."   The instructions were printed in 2007, so one would assume that this kid would fit models to at least that year.  Please check with your local parts expert to make sure this kit will fit your machine.
