 PRO~FLOW    Revolution in Harley Performance oil lines...
BRASS Gauge Tee Fitting - get your accurate oil pressure reading straight from the pump output to cylinders.
1 BRASS TEE---

1957-1985 Sportster Ironheads
1968-1986 Shovelheads and any other custom application you think might work.

brand new high end  "free flow thru Tee" for oil pressure gauges.
the Tee will screw into your standard 1/8"
npt (national pipe thread USA) cases where rocker oil line fittings are.
the Tee side opening is also a 1/8" npt which fits a LARGE CHOICE of screw in oil pressure gauges.
the Tee compression fitting end fits the stock rocker box oil lines (rubber grommet)  & the performance 1/4" rocker box oil lines (brass ferrule).
just remove rocker line/compression fitting & replace with Tee & cut your line to proper length & reinstall lines/fittings.
use on front or rear cylinder rocker oil lines.  can also be inverted and screwed into rocker box if clearance permits.
magneto bikes can run the tee on the front cylinder oil line on bottom & it clears rpm cable & mag housing or loosen rocker box and have at top screwed into rocker box.

if you are going to be using your stock rocker box oil lines you will not use brass compression fitting nut that is supplied with the Tee fitting as it is for 1/4 inch lines,  you will use your own current chrome/steel compression nut with rubber grommet.  all you have to do is cut aprox 1&1/2" (you measure) off your oil line.

comes in 3 finishes;

(1)  original brass,  (
with brass you can paint or powder coat any color, clear coat, polish or chrome)
(2)  original brass,  powder coated mirror high gloss black
(3)  original brass,  powder coated titanium silver
(4)  original brass
,  powder coated harley racing orange

this listing is for 1 BRASS TEE FITTING only,  no oil lines,  no gauge.   the 1/4" oil lines are available on our other listings...

Also includes .2ml centrifuge tube of our fav-o-rite Permatex Aviation non-hardening form-a-gasket #3 (resists gasoline, oil & grease) for threads to the cases, rocker boxes & gauge.

speed shop tips;
ironhead sportster- buy ONLY pressure gauge that reads 0-15 psi on its face BECAUSE older ironhead motors read only approx 10-14 psi at startup and drops to approx 3-7 psi when warm.  its all about flow in early sportsters.  if you see a good 10+ momentarily at start up you can ride comfortable knowing pump is doing its job well.  any gauge with a higher psi reading on its face (0-60 etc) your not going to see the needle move at all and only show -0-.

shovelheads will use the 0-60,100+ etc psi...

We have sold lots of these premo oil lines World Wide...
Great Performance & Look...

Land Rover Defender by Vilner: The Landie gets a touch of posh

Wed, 24 Aug 2011

The Land Rover Defender by Vilner Anyone who has ever driven a Land Rover Defender will know that home comforts are not exactly at the top of LR’s list of priorities; spartan necessity probably best describes the interior fittings. But not after Bulgarian tuner Vilner has been to play it doesn’t. Vilner has had a commission from a Russian with a few bob burning a hole in his pocket who wanted a Land Rover Defender that was more than just a utilitarian workhorse.

Volvo’s ‘Drive Me’ is the world’s first large-scale autonomous driving pilot project

Mon, 02 Dec 2013

Yes, you’ll be able to chat on the phone when the Volvo does the driving for you Like it or not, we’re rapidly moving to the point where autonomous cars will be the norm, with the driver only being involved in the act of driving by choice. Volvo – unsurprisingly with their stated goal of making sure no one dies in a Volvo in future – is at the forefront of the move to autonomous driving, and have teamed up with the Swedish Transportation Administration, the Swedish Transport Agency, Lindholmen Science Park and the City of Gothenburg in a project called ‘Drive Me - Self-driving cars for sustainable mobility’. The project kicks off next year with customer research and the development of the necessary technology and Volvo aims to have 100 autonomous cars on the roads of Gothenburg by 2017, where they’ll be driving round approximately 50 kms of selected roads, including commuter roads, motorways and regular queues.

Pforzheim University Winter Show 2011

Mon, 21 Feb 2011

Pforzheim University's bi-annual graduation exhibitions are firmly established as highlights of the auto design calender. And if the number of design professional wielding business cards was any indication, we weren't the only ones keen to grab a word with the students.

 Course leader, Prof. James Kelly, places great emphasis on ensuring graduates have the skills necessary for employment in the industry without stifling their creativity.
