Nissan Mixim concept
Thu, 30 Aug 2007The Nissan Mixim concept car is a compact vehicle for young drivers who are mostly engaged by their computer and the world via the internet - and it's a new step toward the Japanese company becoming greener. Its wraparound windscreen, inspired by the visor of a crash helmet, dominates the profile while the swept back windscreen, flowing roofline and sharply truncated rear hints at sporting performance.
Cadillac issues XTS recall over fire risk
Fri, 21 Mar 2014Cadillac is recalling approximately 63,900 XTS sedans over an issue with the brake booster pump. The company believes that the brake booster pump can create positive pressure inside the wiring harness which is attached to the pump relay, and this pressure can dislodge a cavity plug in the relay and allow corrosive elements to enter the connector, creating a resistive short. Cadillac believes that this could lead to overheating and melting of plastic components, and may cause a fire in the engine compartment.
