This kit is for a Harley Davidson Shovelhead transmission foot shift ratchet top, it is a rebuild kit for the ratchet top years from 1952 thru 1979. That is Panheads and Shovelheads. This kit will work on FL models and FX models. There are 13 pieces in this kit. It has the parts in it, that wear and cause the shifter to not work properly. Look at the manual and compare the parts in the picture, check the part numbers to make sure they will work for you. These are quality replacement parts, made by a USA company. The gaskets are USA made by Cometic. 1- top cover gasket part # 34824-36, 1- shift cover gasket part # 34552-52, 1- adapter plate gasket part # 34565-52, 2- pawl carrier springs [large] part # 34500-52A, 2- pawl springs [small] part # 34482-53, 1- pawl carrier bushing part # 34498-52, 1- lock washer w/tabs for the cam follower part # 34066-52, 1- lock screw for the shift cam shaft part # 34050-36, 1-oil seal for the shift cam shaft part # 34036-36, 2- rollers for the shifter fingers or [hats] part # 34168-39. Mon, 13 May 2013As if Tesla needed any more good news this month, first-quarter sales are in and the electric Model S outsold the Mercedes S-class, Audi A8 and BMW 7-series, according to “CNN Money.” In the first three months of 2013, Tesla sold 4,750 sedans while Mercedes sold 3,077 of the S-class, BMW sold 2,338 of the 7-series and Audi sent 1,462 A8s out of the dealership. The Model S does have its sticker price going for it. The base model can be had for $69,900 -- possibly less with tax incentives -- while the cheapest S-class goes for $93,255, the 7-series for $74,525 and the A8 for $73,095.
