This is for 2 DVD's , everything you as a Shovel owner should have to help keep your bike at it's peak mechanical condition.

THE MOTOR DVD :
This DVD is an Instructional Video Manual for the teardown and reassembly of the Harley Davidson Shovelhead Motor.  This is NOT a video of pages out of a manual, there is a "Live" Harley Mechanic that takes you on a complete walk through of the teardown and build/rebuild. It is very detailed in all aspects of the process and is sure to save anyone who wishes to work on these motors some serious cash.  All removal/install procedures are covered including: Carburetor, Valve Covers, Valves and components, Heads, Push Rods, Pistons and Rings, Gear Case and components, Oil Pump and components, Stator and components, Splitting the Cases, Torque values, and so on.  The whole job from first loosen to last tighten!!  There are very helpful tricks and techniques shown that make the job easy and gets the work done right.  This DVD will give you a complete understanding of your motor and it's systems that will help you in troubleshooting normal occurrences. Even if you never rebuild it yourself, you'll know what you want done  and what questions to ask the shop doing the work.

THE MAINTENANCE DVD ;
 If you ever wanted to know the correct way of making the necessary adjustments to the lifters (solid and hydraulic), the carburetor (S&S, Kehin, Zenith, etc.), the points and advance unit or the ignition module, Clutch, Rear and Primary chains and belts, etc. How about trouble shooting the electrical system? Find out how to tell what unit is giving you trouble, the black box, the alternator, etc. If you’ve ever been through that one, you know what I mean and this DVD will save you a bundle in unnecessary parts (and trips) from the dealer. Too much content to cover here. If you have a Shovel, you should have this DVD. There is nothing else on the market like this. Here is what they say about the series.----The "Chrome Don’t Getcha Home" series provides a comprehensive video library that covers motorcycle tune-ups, systems diagnosis and maintenance, adjustments, lubrication changes, ‘PROPER’ chain and/or belt adjustments and much more. The mechanic that takes you through the DVD has over 33 years experience with Harleys and over 18 years as a Harley mechanic. He shows step by step techniques and procedures for you in a clear, easy to follow instructional demonstration. He helps you tune, service, and maintain your bike with the tools you have at home. He also gives great inside secrets that help you save time and money. He talks you through all the procedures as he does them. ---- DVD is new and original, please check my feedback.
