This new replacement solenoid black rubber end cover is part # 31444-65A and part # 31475-77.  It fits on the end of the solenoid to cover the wire connections on Harley Davidson Shovelhead SuperGlide models from 1972 to 1986 with electric starters.  This will fit FL, FLH, and all FX models.  This same part will also fit Sportster models from 1967 to 1980.  This is a replacement part, not a OEM part. With demand uncertain for big cars in the years ahead, Ford Motor Co. has dropped plans for new rear-wheel-drive sedans. Ford design chief J Mays told Automotive News on Sunday that plans for rwd Ford and Lincoln sedans have been shelved.
