Harley Sportster Electric Starter Housing Mounting Bolt 1967-80 NOS Part # 31478-67 fits 1967-1980 sportsters This is the bolt that mounts the lever through the starter housing and supports the bendix gear when these bolts wear out it makes it alot harder to spin the bendix gear. If you are having starter problems sometimes replacing this bolt will help all other parts to move freely.
