McLaren P1 production starts in Woking
Tue, 08 Oct 2013McLaren P1 production starts in Woking The Geneva Motor Show in March saw the arrival of the first production version of the new McLaren P1 (and its arch-rival, the LaFerrari). Japan automakers extend shutdowns as quake impact widens
Mon, 14 Mar 2011Japan's seven big automakers are extending nationwide production shutdowns amid growing concern about supply chain interruptions, power shortages and export difficulties following the massive earthquake and tsunami that hammered northern Japan, killing thousands. The company will lose output of roughly 40,000 vehicles over the three-day period, spokesman Dion Corbett said.
