rare Hartzell 83 ¼ " wood propeller .Design 706 E-67 Ser. .No. . 16979
Believe from the mid 1930’s Previously ,Hartzell Propeller Inc. was contacted , but
had limited information .Much of their archival information was lost some years
ago…Although they could not give a date The propeller was
manufactured , they did say ,they believe it was used on a Fairchild 24G ,C8E .aircraft. As
far as I can see , this type of aircraft was produced in 1936 or 37. According to Hartzell this type of aircraft would have
used a Warner Super Scarab 145HP…. Hartzell 83 ¼ “ I do not have the expertise
to voice an opinion on it’s use on an aircraft… Should that be your
intention , the propeller must be evaluated by someone with an appropriate
expert….. The piece , has no apparent
damage .It does show normal age and wear. Please ask questions…

But there’s one more S-Class to come – the 2014 Mercedes S65 AMG. We’re expecting the S65 AMG to arrive at the Los Angeles Auto Show later in 2013, but it looks like Mercedes are readying some promotional videos for their new range-topping powerplant in the S65, with a completely undisguised car caught on video.

Tue, 16 Apr 2013Parents of small children will not be surprised by findings released recently by Australian researchers stating children pose a greater distraction to drivers than talking on cell phones -- a 12 percent greater distraction, to be exact. With all the screaming and crying infants bring to the commute and the fighting and other factors older siblings contribute, we wonder why nobody has pointed a finger at our precious angels sooner. Perhaps because there is little we can do to control when or where our kids decide to dissolve into fits of rage or sorrow.
