700hp ML63 AMG off-roader by Brabus revealed
Tue, 27 Aug 2013This in-your-face hunk of high-speed SUV is Brabus’ B63S–700 Widestar, the latest super-powerful conversion from the German Mercedes-Benz tuners. This time the aftermarket fettler has turned its attention to Merc’s already rather powerful ML63 AMG off-roader, adding some fairly garish visual modifications and performing some even crazier tweaks underneath the bonnet ahead of the car’s debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. The Mito Quadrifoglio Verde – aka Cloverleaf – was shown for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. It’s the first time we’ve seen the Multiair engine in an Alfa, producing an impressive 168bhp from this 1.4 Multiair to warrant the warm hatch Cloverleaf status.
Half of Brits would name drink driver
Tue, 24 Dec 2013NEARLY HALF (47%) of people in the UK would willingly report a drink driver, even of that person was a family member. Of those who would report a family member, half again (48%) said they would do it even if it was their partner, husband or wife. The research by insurance firm Confused.com also found that 17% of drivers believe there should be a complete ban on drinking and driving.
